There is an electric water heater in the facility. It operates by switching on the power button “HOT” that you will find on the electrical switchboard next to the door

For cooling and space heating there is an air conditioning unit which operates with a remote control. For the air condition to work appropriately, windows must be closed.
Air conditioning units are inverter energy saving eco friendly units.
Before leaving the room please turn off the air conditions in order to save energy and contribute to our eco friendly philosophy.

Fill in water (only bottled) to the special container in the back of the coffee machine.
Nespresso coffee machine powers on by a switch on its top. Press the switch after you have checked that the machine is plugged and wait for the bright green light to stabilize.
Then, place the coffee capsule on the insertion slot, by lifting the front lever of the machine.
Finally, select the espresso flavor you desire (lungo or ristretto).
When finished, for safety and energy saving reasons, switch off and unplug the coffee machine.

On the lower cabinets of the kitchen, you will find all the necessary cooking tools (pots, pan, etc).
In order to use the electrical kitchen, you have to lift up the switch on the indication button “KITCHEN” found on the electrical switchboard next to the entry door.
For safety reasons, while using the cooking appliance, please do not leave the kitchen. After finishing the cooking process, definitely turn off the appliance. Your safety as well as our eco friendly philosophy must be secured.
You can use the microwave by plugging the appliance to the wall socket. The less time you use the appliance the better you contribute to energy saving.
There is also a toaster, which operates after plugging the appliance to the wall socket.

Fill the electric kettle with bottled water and press the switcher for the water to warm up.
After use, please switch off the switcher and unplug the appliance for safety and energy saving reasons

To illuminate the room, there are ceiling and wall lights, which operate by the use of switches located next to the doors and to the bed.
All light bulbs are LED and eco-friendly.
Please do not leave the lights on unnecessarily when leaving the room, please check that all lights are turned off.

There is a safe on the bottom shelf of the closet.
For its use a corresponding form is available.
