As part of our ongoing commitment to our guest safety, Casa Verde’s team has implemented a number of additional processes and precautions to minimize any viral risk.

Feel safe at Casa Verde because we are looking ahead and utilize precautionary measures to protect the health of our guests and team members.

Whether you already have booked a stay with us, or you are planning an upcoming booking, we want to let you know that we have taken the following proactive and preventive steps :

• Casa Verde practices meet the latest coronavirus guidance for the continued safety and wellbeing of our guests.
• Before each arrival there will be a general disinfection of all areas of Casa Verde by our trained personnel. More specifically we sterilize floors, tapestries and curtains.
• Alcohol based sanitizers are provided upon check in, and antibacterial hand wash is found in every studio at Casa Verde.
• We have changed our check out hours to 10:00 am instead of 12:00 in order for us to have plenty of time to sterilize and clean the studios.
• We sterilize all sheets, pillows, quilts and towels.
• Casa Verde’ s housekeeper will wear disposable mask and gloves while disinfecting and cleaning all hand surfaces (knobs, taps, kitchen and WC benches) in the studios as part of our cleaning and disinfecting procedures.
• Casa Verde’s studios remain empty for a total of 24 hours after previous stay check out.

Rest assured that we take every cleaning precautions measurements in order to contribute to your peace of mind during this time.
